MANAGEMENT SKILLS WELL-LED PROGRAMME COMMUNICATION WELL-BEING TECHNICAL SKILLS LIVING THE LEEDS WAY PATIENT EXPERIENCE INTRODUCTION Welcome to the LTHT online prospectus for 2021/22. This document provides a summary of the range of learning opportunities available to you in a variety of different subject areas, broken down into the five themes you will see at the top of this screen. You can navigate through this document by using the arrow buttons at the bottom of the screen, clicking on the tabs across the top, or by clicking the navigation button in the top left hand corner. The different topics described in this prospectus have been developed following analysis of the information provided during appraisal season, and will continue to be updated throughout the year to make sure that the training on offer is adapted to meet the needs of staff across LTHT.
