GOAL 1: Protecting Rakyat Assistance to the Bantuan Prihatin Nasional vulnerable groups (RM10b) through NGO Curb the COVID-19 outbreak (RM1.5b) Household (RM25 mil) RM4,000 and below (RM1,600) >RM4,000-RM8,000 (RM1,000) Senior citizens and children Purchase of medical equipment, in shelters, disabled, orang Single Individuals 21 years old asal, homeless and others special allowance to frontliners, RM2,000 below (RM800) purchase of equipment and >RM2,000-RM4,000 (RM500) services from private hospitals These assistance will benefit nearly 9 million households and individuals Moratorium on loan repayment for 6 months Withdrawal from EPF (RM100b) Assistance to students at Account 2 (RM40b) HLIs (RM270 mil) Of which, 65% will RM500/month up to RM6,000 benefit households for 12 months One-off cash assistance worth (B40: 25%, M40: 20%) RM200 3

GOAL 1: Protecting Rakyat Wage Subsidy Programme Private Retirement Scheme (RM6b) Wage Subsidy of RM600 to employers Withdrawal from Account B PRS up to for 3 months to retain their employees RM1,500 for each member without with salary below RM4,000, benefiting tax penalty 3.3 million employees Cash allowance to e-Hailing drivers Food Security (RM1b) One-off cash assistance of RM500 to 120,000 e-Hailing full-time drivers Establish Food Security Fund to ensure Taxi drivers will also receive a one-off sufficient food supply cash assistance of RM600 which was announced in the first stimulus package 5
