PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues - Women's Club Licensing Criteria Ref Criteria 2016 2017 2018 The PlayStation 4 National Premier Leagues - Women's Club Licensing Criteria is applicable to any club wishing to 1 Teams participate in elite state-based competitions. 2 Youth Development In order to be licensed to participate in such competitions, a club must at a minimum meet various mandatory criteria. It 3 Coaching is intended that this criteria would apply for seasons commencing in 2016. In certain limited cases, a Member Federation may seek FFA approval to phase in compliance over the four year period. 4 Governance It is planned that the minimum standards required to enter the competitions will increase over time. It is expected that criteria will need to be adjusted on an annual basis by FFA. 6 Facilities The areas covered in the criteria are listed to the left. Clubs must ensure that these positions are allocated to individuals involved in an official capacity at the club as a minimum.

Both FFA and the Member Federation shall have the power to require the club to validate information contained in the report or to require the club to revises its proposed fees. The report must be endorsed by the Member Federation and FFA. The fee report must be submitted by 31 December each year in respect of the following year's season.
