Thank you for your interest in our self-serve pet wash machines. Below is an outline of the features of
each of our pet wash machines, as well some of our popular pet room accessories.
Adding a pet wash to your Apartment Amenity package will create a differentiator for you, a high-quality
experience for your tenants/homeowners as well as options to also maximize your revenue if desired.
Having a standalone tub vs a built-in tub has several benefits.
• Standalone pet wash stations are quick and easy to install.
• Dog wash machines are purpose built with several features to make dog washing as smooth as
possible for the owner and the dog.
• Tiled surfaces are prone to mould. Also, they can get very slippery. Our tubs have nonslip floors
and are easy to keep clean. The K9000s in particular have a built-in disinfectant to prevent animal
communicable diseases.
• Many of our tubs have hair catching systems. These are very effective in dealing with hair which
can lead to blocked drains.
• The K9000 has everything that is needed in one unit. Water is temperature controlled, there are
options for hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioner and heated dryer. When owners use their
own shampoos there are often bottles left lying around causing a sticky mess in the pet wash
area.
• The K9000 has a transparent door so small dogs can see out when they are being bathed and this
helps with anxiety.
• Bathing is done at waist height in the K9000, so the dog feels more secure. With the classic, build
a bath and economy tubs there is a separate shelf that can be raised to accommodate smaller
dogs.
• Pet wash tubs come in a variety of styles, sizes and prices so you can select different options
depending on the needs of the location and your budget.
• Many of our tubs can fit more than one dog at a time.
The style of dog wash you decide on will be dependent on a number of factors and may vary from location
to location. You have the option to mix and match different styles and sizes of pet wash depending on
the location’s specific needs. The following will influence the style of pet wash you choose:
• Number of tenants – a single dog wash is usually sufficient for up to 150 dogs. If you anticipate
more dogs, consider purchasing 2 dog wash machines, or a K9000 Twin machine. Alternatively, if
you are considering the classic tubs, have a separate grooming station to avoid pet owners
spending excessive time grooming in the tub.
• Size of available space – the size of the space will dictate what size and style of tub. Also consider
the amount of space required for the pet owner in front of the dog wash as well.

• Utilities – power, water and a drain are required in all instances. For K9000’s you can connect to
an existing hot water tank or purchase the onboard hot water option. When adding a grooming
table for your stainless tub, you will need to consider electrical points near to the dog wash or
above a grooming table, for a pet dryer.
• Restrictions on dog size – if there is a weight restriction on dogs at the location, then a very basic
tub will suffice. If not, consider a larger tub that will accommodate both small and large dogs.
• Paid or Free Amenity– Many developers are offering the dog wash as a paid amenity. Some charge
as much as $12 for 12 minutes while others just cover costs - $2 for 10 minutes. If you are looking
for payment flexibility, then the K9000 is the way to go.

1. The K9000 Dog Wash Machine
The K9000 is a robust, high quality dog wash. Built in Australia since 2005, there are now thousands of
installations worldwide making it a world leader in self-serve dog wash stations. Furever Clean has been
the exclusive distributor for Canada for the K9000 since 2016 operating out of Victoria, British Columbia,
with installations across Canada.
Recommendations
1. In order to operate efficiently, it is recommended that the dog wash be placed in an area with an
ambient temperature of above 5oc. This will ensure that water pipes in the dog wash do not
freeze and that pet owners and their dogs can enjoy a pleasant dog wash experience throughout
the year.
2. Install the dog wash close to existing water, drains and power to minimize installation costs.
3. If you wish to charge for washes, we recommend adding our Credit/Debit card reader to your
machine. This will not only provide cashless options to the pet owners but also provide you with
a way to monitor use online. There is also a coin/token mechanism which comes with the
machine. This is good as a backup if a cellular or internet connection is lost but can be removed if
desired.
4. Create a standardized look and feel with custom decals on all of your dog wash machines.
The K9000 provides the flexibility of adding different payment options to the machine including
Coin/Token/Bank Notes and Credit/ Debit/Loyalty Cards. It can also be provided as a free amenity.

The K9000 has a digital display timer making it easy to monitor the wash progress. Both the timing
and price of a wash is fully configurable.
The K9000 dispenses Shampoo, Flea Wash, Conditioner and Rinse using a soft touch wash gun. These
products are all natural, safe for even the most sensitive of pets and especially formulated for the
K9000 pumps. There is also a two-speed dryer and a free Disinfect option to sanitize the tub. When
set up as a paid amenity, pet owners can pause the timer if they wish, and they can also add additional
time to lengthen their wash/dry cycle.
A two-year manufacturer warranty is provided on the K9000 pet wash provided you use Furever Clean
dog wash products. Warranty does not cover consumables like wash guns or dryer hoses. Support and
servicing is provided by Furever Clean Dog Wash 7 days a week. We also supply all products and parts
for the machine.

We can provide Nayax card readers as payment devices on our dog wash machines. These readers are
capable of reading Credit, Debit Tap, Apple/Google and Samsung Pay, Prepaid Cards and Monyx Wallet.
Nayax also works with the Monyx app. allowing customers to save money on dog washes. The readers
operate on the same MDB platform as our dog wash machines. Sales can be monitored and viewed real
time, using a Nayax online application. Transaction and monthly fees are separate.
The Nayax can be configured to work on Cellular, Wi-fi or can be hardwired to an ethernet connection.
K9000 Models
We will provide you with the following for each machine:
• Free customized decals representing your company and property brand on the dog wash
(Customized decals are only offered at the time of production of a new machine.)
• Free set of pet wash products based on number of pumps, soap management system, 1 x self-
serve dog wash banner and an Install kit with catch chains, coin box, hair scoop, high velocity
nozzle and extra wash gun
Our machines are CSA inspected and tested. The following pictures show the three K9000 models.
K9000 Standard K9000 Compact K9000 Twin
The Standard is the most popular K9000 as it fits all size of dogs and even several dogs at the same time.
The Compact provides the same features but with less product options and is smaller in size. It can fit up
to a medium (Retriever) sized dog. The Twin is for high volume areas and provides two Standard sized
tubs with a single cabinet in the middle.

Quadreal – Customized Compact K9000 at the Hazel in Vancouver. Quadreal have settled on the
Compact K9000 as their dog wash of choice. They charge full price for washes. They placed this
machine in a small room off the parking area.

Shampoo and Dog Wash Parts
We provide a variety of veterinary approved, natural shampoos and disinfectants for pet wash
machines. These products have been used with our K9000 pet wash for the past 13 years and cater for
sensitive pet coats. Our shampoo options include Everyday shampoo, Hypoallergenic Shampoo, Oatmeal
Shampoo, Apple Crème conditioner and Oatmeal Conditioner. Our Pet Wash disinfectant has a pleasant
peppermint smell and is highly effective in preventing communicable diseases. Products are available in
5Litre bottles and highly concentrated.

Delivery
In stock machines can be delivered anywhere in Canada within 7-10 days. For models not in stock, there

beginning of each year and placing machines in our storage facility so you can pull from stock as and
when you need them.
Storage
Should you wish us to store your machines until use, storage can be provided in our Vancouver
warehouse. We will provide this storage to you free of charge for up to two months, so you can draw
machines when you need them. After that time, storage is charged per machine per month.

Leasing
The K9000 can be purchased on lease to own and paid back over a period of 5 years. Leasing is provided
by an Equipment Financing Company.
2. Dog Wash House
Portable dog wash buildings can be purchased with a K9000 dog wash, should you wish to place the dog
wash outside. It is also useful when wanting to share the dog wash amongst several buildings.

1. Classic Tubs
The Classic tubs are a great option for condos where you would like to offer the pet wash as a
free amenity. The Classic tub not only offers a high-quality solution that will last for many years
to come, it also provides many features that makes the dog wash experience enjoyable for both
the dog and the dog’s owner. And there will be no down time with these tubs because they don’t
wear out – ever!
The Classic Tubs vary in style and size. There are lift in tubs which are suitable for very small
dogs, as well as step-in and ramp tubs which suit dogs of all sizes. The sizes range from a mid-
sized lift in tub of 31.75” to step-in and ramp tubs of 60” suitable for all sizes of dogs. The
Classic Tubs are manufactured in North America. They arrive installed and just need to be
connected to plumbing. All tubs have the choice of Right or Left hand plumbing. The 60” step in
tub is by far the most popular tub for condos.
Support for the Classic Tubs is provided 7 days a week by Furever Clean Dog Wash.
Classic tubs come with a 1-year warranty and delivery is between 7-10 days. Tubs can be
purchased outright or on lease to own over 5 years.

1. Make the washing process easy
The Elevating Platform System with Comfort Mat. Includes two Elevating Platforms that can be used
to bridge across at a higher level inside the tub. Allows animals to be bathed at the most comfortable
level.
The extremely sturdy Elevating Platforms with Comfort Mats are specially designed to be pet-
friendly. A thick PVC coating combined with a unique drainage configuration reduces the risk of
caught toenails and pads. The comfort mat with drainage holes gives animals a more reassuring
surface to stand on.
The Elevating Platform System makes it easy to bathe pets at the height most comfortable for
both the pet and the person doing the bathing. For larger dogs, put the platform system on the tub
bottom. For smaller animals, simply lift a platform, turn it 90 degrees and place the platform on
the front and back ledges to bridge across at a higher level.

2. Keep your pet spa tidy and clean
These 14-gauge stainless steel Bottle & Tool Holder trays are designed with a back slot that

3. Make pet tub entry easy
Heavy-gauge stainless steel Step Stool with non-slip surface helps animals who may need extra
assistance to enter the tub. A great help for older dogs and animals with disabilities. Slides under the

This patented design is built into the tub at the time of construction, and consists of an integral drain
recess, spanning the entire width (front to back) of the tub on the drain end, with a lift-out stainless
steel fine-mesh basket that screens hair and debris before it reaches the drain. Special tuck-under
feature ensures ALL water must flow through the Hair Catching Basket before going down the drain.
Basket easily removed for cleaning by using two stainless steel handles to lift out (hands never need to

Looking to conserve water with your Classic tub?
The recirculating Power Bather requires only a small amount of water and shampoo in your tub – just
enough to allow the pump to work. After bathing is complete, the bath water is then drained and the

A Veterinary Registered disinfectant that safely sanitizes the pet tub. It’s a broad spectrum
bacterial algecidal and fungicidal cleaner with a powerful detergent activity. This is a safe and
dog friendly product that won’t cause harm if it accidentally comes into contact with the animal.
It is safe to use on hard surfaces and it leaves a pleasant and lasting mint fragrance. It does

OTHER CLEANING PRODUCTS
1. Classic Bike Wash
Don’t make the mistake of trying to provide a dog wash and bike wash in one. Harsh detergents and
grease will harm a dog’s sensitive skin. Keep the mess of washing dirty bicycles in one place with this
unique design.
The Bike Wash offers the following features
• Debris catching system keeps pebbles, mud, and oversized objects from going down the drain
(or being spread about). Just lift out the fine mesh basket and dump the contents.
• High backslash keeps spray confined.
• Bicycles are positioned on a set of elevated grates, allowing dirt and debris to flow through to
the tub bottom and be confined in the drain basket. Grates limit splash back of water and dirt as
