O ur 2020 Vision describes what we will do to improve the services we provide to patients. To help us plan this we’ve spoken to people about what they think of our services, the care we provide and what they would like us to do in future. We want to do the very best we can to help the patients and local communities we serve. Our Many of our services have developed new ideas to improve services for patients, 2020 Vision sets out how we will do this. Rather than being set in stone, it is but we are not as good as we should be at learning from these positive examples something we will continue to review and discuss with the people who use our and putting them into practice elsewhere. services, who work here and work with us. 14 15
