OCEAN RIDGE PLANTATION How It Works Ocean Ridge Plantation Streamlined Custom Program Overview We created this program to give our clients all the benefits of a traditional custom build (customized home design, wide array of upgrade choices, home site selection) with the pricing and speed of a typical inventory home. The program allows us to quote all pricing up front, gives clients the ability to modify any plan in our library (as long as it still meets the HOA guidelines), and makes the home unique to that client. It's our goal that our clients get an incredible home that fits their taste, lifestyle and budget! Choose one of our inventory lots or let our Sales Team find, negotiate for and purchase that dream lot. We give a $40,000 lot allowance so if the lot cost more, the overage is added to the contract price. As of March 2020, our price per square foot is $210. Upgrades are paid in cash, up front.
