Venue:Level 1, Center for Innovation & Incubation (CII)
Team Registration deadline: 1-3-2019, 6 PM
Documents to be submitted while registration:
1. What are the documents required for registration at the venue?
The following documents should be mandatorily carried along:
1. College photo id
2. Original College Authority letter with team details duly signed and stamped by Dean, Principal,
Director or HOD
3. Government photo id
4. Original train tickets + photocopies (to be attached with travel allowance reimbursement
application)
5. Team leaders will need to carry a cancelled cheque with them (to transfer the prize money in case
the wins at the grand finale)
6. Mandate form for individual
7. TA form
2. By when must student’s complete registration?All teams are expected to reach their respective Nodal Center latest by Friday, Mar 1, 2019 by 6PM.
No Team registrations shall be permitted on Mar 2, 2019 morning!

Location Information:
Warangal is known for its rich historical and cultural heritage (1000 pillars temple, Bhardrakali temple, Kakatiya
Fort etc.,) It is situated at a distance of 140 km from Hyderabad. Warangal is well connected by rail and road to
various places in the country. NIT campus is 2.5 km away from Kazipet railway station and 15 km away from the
Warangal railway station. Participants are advised to alight either at Kazipet (preferably) or Warangal
depending on their train of travel.
( approx. Auto charges from Kazipet : Rs 10/- for shared auto upto main gate, unshared Rs 100-150 into
the campus)
( approx. Auto charges from Warangal station : Rs 20/- for shared auto upto main gate, unshared Rs 200-
250 into the campus)
Kazipet station comes first while arriving from Hyderabad side by train, then Warangal station ( with in 15
min from kazipet). While coming from Bhuvaneswar/Kolkata/Chennai / Vijayawada , Warangal station
comes first.
For trains from Delhi /north side towards south (Vijayawada, Chennai, Bhuvaneswar) you have to get down
at Warangal station. These trains don’t touch kazipet
For trains from Delhi /north side towards Hydearabad, You have to get down at Kazipet station. These
trains don’t touch Warangal Number of buses ( Luxury/ Super Deluxe / AC :: Rs 150 – 300 per head ) are available from/to Warangal
to/from Hyderabad ( 2.30 - 3 hrs journey). You will get reserve tickets even one day in advance). One can
board the bus right in front of the main gate of NIT, Warangal
Also AC buses are available at fixed timings from/to Warangal to/from Hyderabad Airport ( one can get
down or get into at NIT, Warangal) ( ApprxRs 350/- per head)

AC buses to/from Hyderabad city/Airport. Rajadhani AC buses are also available
Accommodation (with in campus) :
Accommodation will be provided in different hostels ( DASA, 1.8 K hostel, Visitors Block, Alumni guest house ) for
students and mentors
Accommodation for judges will be provided in Institute main guest house ( Kalam Hall)
TA reimbursement :
TA reimbursement for students and mentors is limited to 2nd Class Sleeper class only on production of
tickets/online booking hardcopies. Bus fare will be reimbursed at actuals. The team has to submit the TA form
with all the details and tickets and the amount will be credited to the team leader’s account that has to be given
in the Mandate form.
The student teams are requested to send their team details ( Name, gender, mobile number, email id) or
consent letter copy to us for arranging accommodation. We will upload the accommodation details and the
contact details once the team member details are received.
