Cancellation Policy This reservation is allowed to cancel in case of unforeseen circumstances only (i.e. flight cancellation, visa problem etc.) and supplementary document as evidence are required. In case of no show or cancel less than 7 days before arrival, 100% charge of program will be applied. For cancellation between 7 to 13 days before arrival, 50% charge of program will be applied. General Information During Your ASQ Stay Guests will spend the whole program at the hotel for 15 nights, unless guests have the following conditions. In those instances, guests are required to stay at Bangkok Hospital for their first night. 1) Age ≥ 60-year-old 2) Pulmonary disease e.g. COPD (on Home oxygen therapy), asthma (moderately persistent – daily day-time symptoms or ≥ 1/ week or severely persistent – daily day-time symptoms or frequent symptoms at night), Pulmonary fibrosis 3) Chronic kidney disease on hemodialysis or on kidney transplant list 4) Chronic liver disease e.g. cirrhosis (any stages) 5) Diabetes Mellitus (poorly controlled i.e. HbA1c > 8% or other diabetes complications) 6) Hypertension (poorly controlled i.e. BP > 140/90 mmHg or unidentifiable) 7) History of cardiovascular disease e.g. Congenital Heart Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, Congestive Heart Failure 8) Sickle cell disease 9) Cystic fibrosis 10) Neurological conditions, such as dementia 11) Cerebrovascular disease e.g. stroke 12) Use of biologics e.g. infliximab, adalimumab, tofacitinib 13) History of transplant or other immunosuppression 14) HIV infection with < 350 CD4+ cells 15) Other immunocompromised hosts 16) Taking prednisolone ≥ 15 mg/day (For 14 days consecutively) 17) Psychiatric conditions e.g. depression, schizophrenia 18) Pregnancy (GA ≥ 32 weeks) 19) Obesity (Body Mass Index [BMI] of 30 or higher) Code of Conduct Please note that as per ASQ regulations, the consumption of alcohol during your stay is not allowed. Movenpick BDMS hotel is a 100% non-smoking property and pets are not permitted within the hotel premises. COVID Testing Your arrival day to our hotel counts as day 0. The first Covid-19 (SARS-COV-2 RT-PCR) test will be conducted on the 3rd day and the report will be released on the next day. Please note that prior to receiving the results of your Covid-19 test, you cannot leave your guest room or access the balcony. The next day after you receive your negative test results, you can access the balcony and book the daily garden walks (subject to availability). COSTE Application Kindly be informed that all guests staying at ASQ facilities must report their health information using the COSTE application. This is a mandatory requirement from the government & is instrumental in order to issue your quarantine period completion certificate at the end of your stay. All information received through this application will be kept strictly confidential. Temperature Check There will be twice daily temperature checks done at your room by Bangkok Hospi- tal’s nurse. The approximate times will be 8:30 hrs. (AM) and 18:00 hrs. (PM). Please remember to update your temperate daily via the COSTE application. Room Cleaning Your guest room will be serviced by our housekeeping team on the next day after you receive your negative test results of the first Covid-19 (SARS-COV-2 RT-PCR) test. Afterwards, your guest room will be cleaned every 3 day. To clarify: If your first room cleaning was on a Monday, the next time will take place on a Thursday. While your room is being serviced, you will be escorted to a designated lounge, where you will be asked to wait until your room has been made up. Room Service (24 Hours) We are delighted to offer a special 20% discount off the normal price for any addi- tional room service orders. Special Dietary requirements & meantimes We are happy to accommodate our guests with special dietary needs. For specific gluten-free or halal menus, please note that an additional charge of THB 9,600 net/per person per package applies. Walking Schedule in The Garden Once a day, guests can enjoy walks in our outdoor garden while always wearing a face mask, practicing social distancing and keeping a minimum of 1 metre distance from each other. You may book 1 day in advance or on the same day by dialing “0”. Kindly note that there is a cap of maximum guests per round, with slots assigned on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. Delivery Items Guests can receive items from outside the hotel by having the delivery person drop off the package or items concerned at the concierge counter located in front of the hotel. Please note that according to ASQ policy, hotel staff will check all packages before delivering to the guests. Please be aware that food delivery from Lineman, Foodpanda & etc. is not allowed by the hotel. Additional items are forbidden to bring to the hotel as below: 1. Uncooked food e.g. raw eggs, raw fish or meat (fruit & vegetables allowed). 2. Food without FDA label. 3. Yogurt or pasteurized items from outside. 4. Drugs, narcotics and all alcoholic beverages. 5. Antipyretics/Fever-reducing medicine 6. Anything from food delivery services (No GRAB, LINEMAN, Foodpanda and related). Home-cooked food may be delivered in person from relatives who are required to sign a release form. 7. Restricted items such as knives, cutter blades or firearms/guns.
