Implement the ”Three-in-One" Initiative and Accelerate the Construction of
Hailiang Education Brand Enrollment System
For Hailiang Education, the main contradiction currently is the lack of congruence between
the ambitious development goals and the current overall brand influence, which is subjected
to regional restriction and in a loose and weak stage. Therefore, continuously and actively
enhancing the brand reputation and influence of Hailiang Education and relying on the brand
to effectively promote the quality and efficiency of enrollment are the most important work as
part of the long-term critical plan. The Brand Admissions Center focuses on the planning
objectives of the Education Group, and comprehensively coordinates the branding and
admissions work, focusing on the implementation of the "three-in-one" initiative, that is, the
integration of the main brand and sub-brands, the integration of brand and enrollment work,
the integration of brand and enrollment professional teams and actively improve the quality

school life; the function of communicatiors in home-school collaboration, so that parents can be satisfied
with the collaborative education system; the function of the presenter of the connotative image, so that
parents are satisfied with the high-quality schooling. In terms of enrollment promotion and brand upgrades,
two functions need to be strengthened: the function of the instructor of the academic career, so that parents
are at ease about professional planning; the function of the service provider for enrollment, so that parents
feel warm about the efficient and convenient service. On this basis, to achieve further integration of the
brand building and enrollment work, and double the effect, promote the dual-track development of brand
building and enrollment work, and comprehensively improving quality and efficiency, which will play a more
important role in the leap-forward development of Hailiang Education.
Enhance the integration of professional teams in the brand enrollment. Branding and enrollment are

Hailiang Education Established a Student Rights Protection Center
• Hailiang Education Management Group organized Teacher Ethics Education Conference on 18th April 2021, and
simultaneously launched the Hailiang Education Student Rights Protection Center with the Student Rights Protection
Fund. The first tranche of RMB 3 million rights protection fund by Zhejiang Hailiang Charity Foundation was also in
place.
