Through our savings, Miami Shores Village residents pay $12.00/year and nonresidents pay Tennis C enter 19 $15./year for a combined insurance and picture I.D. card. Membership 21 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT Miami Shores Village complies with the provisions of the Ameri- Shores Shuttle 21 cans with Disabilities Act. Facilities Information Tot Lot DOG PARK (305) 758-8103 Located at 10015 Park Drive Hours Monday-Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - Sunset Sunday: 12 Noon-Sunset This facility is available for use by Miami Shores residents. It was built and is maintained to provide a fun and safe play area for children. Children must be supervised at all times. Please bring proof of residency. The Village Dog Park is located at 10200 Biscayne Blvd, in the Aquatic BATHROOM KEYS: AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE Center Parking Lot COMMUNITY CENTER FOR $10. Each resident may bring one nonresident guest. Guest passes may be purchased by the resident at the Community Center and Tennis Center on weekends. The cost is $2.00 per visit. FEES: • A ONE YEAR Family membership (up to 5 persons): $750. • A ONE YEAR Family membership (up to 8 persons): $1000. RULES and GUIDELINES: • Only immediate family members eligible to be included. Birth certificates and/or legal guardianship will be required for each child at time of purchase. • Each nonresident member will be issued a photo membership card and must present card to participate in any/all Miami Shores Recreation programs. • Nonresident Members must comply with all Miami Shores Recreation policies, rules and regulations. • Failure to comply will result in termination of entire membership.
