INTRODUCTION ONLY £300.00 Inc VAT If you feel confident to manage your property but need assistance in finding a suitable tenant then this is the service for you. We will carry out a FREE market appraisal ensuring you are asking for the correct rent. Once instructed to act on your behalf we will commence thorough marketing immediately; giving you full access to our network of local offices as well as national coverage via rightmove.co.uk and lesleygreaves.co.uk. We also understand the importance of social media and will give your property exposure on Facebook, as well as social media advertising on Twitter and Instagram. We will arrange and carry out all viewings of your property meeting prospective tenants on your behalf and all at no extra charge. As part of our tenant find service, we will carry out full referencing of all applicants. For a one-off fee, we can also produce a detailed inventory of your property and provide you with a comprehensive shorthold tenancy agreement.
