particular area of speciality. Thus, this programme allows for flexibility and choice. Students can

Law of the Sea and Sustainable Development and Law: This course focuses on the interface
between the International Law of the Sea and other areas of international law. These areas include
international biodiversity; human rights; trade; and investment law. It'll give you the knowledge and

specialised and comprehensive knowledge of the science, policy and international law of ocean
governance. You'll also learn about other areas of international law related to sustainable
development.

Mediation and Conflict Resolution: offers a thorough practical and theoretical introduction to this

students and practising mediators. The course combines theoretical and practical elements and is

Climate and Energy Law: examines the complex dynamics of climate change international

We are the regulatory and representative membership body for all practising solicitors in Scotland,
but we also do a lot of work to support our future members. We set the route to qualification as a
