A vibrant and family centric community, Langwarrin lies at the gateway to the popular Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland regions, and provides easy access to a number of freeways, making it a short 45 minute trip into town (Melbourne CBD). Occupying approximately 28.8 square kilometres, Langwarrin is home to about 25,000 residents who are serviced by two local shopping villages and a number of Fondly known as “Leafy Langwarrin”, parklands and smaller shopping strips.
