Cancellation
Cancellation up to 12 hours before the treatment is free of charge. We will
charge 80% of the treatment price for later cancellations.

Sauna and swimming pool rules

o    The use of the sauna area and wellness facilities (swimming pool and
    fitness) is your own responsibility; you cannot hold the management of
    hotel Klein Zwitserland for any damages of thefts.

o Showering before and after using the sauna and swimming pool is
  mandatory from a hygienic point of view.
o The sauna's are naked areas.
o It is compulsory to wear swimwear in the swimming pool.
o Please always use a bath towel on the sauna benches, these can be found
  in the basket next to the sauna
o Never place a towel on the ovens or steam pipe.
o Do not bring drinks, literature or electronic devices into the sauna.
o Electronic devices are not allowed in the sauna area due to privacy of the
  guests.
o In case of health problems, consult your doctor before using the sauna.
o There is no supervision in the sauna area! Watch out for each other.
o There is no supervision in the swimming pool! (video recordings are
  made)
o Children up to the age of 16 may only enter the sauna area under the
  supervision of a parent.
o Our guests come for their peace and relaxation, please keep this in mind!
o The use of shower foam and / or shampoo is not permitted at the
  swimming pool.
o The swimming pool water is approx. 30 ° Celsius and 1.40 m deep.
o It is not permitted to play ball, dive or jump off the edge in the swimming
  pool.
o Children up to 10 years old are not allowed to enter the swimming pool
  without supervision.
o Do not to use the swimming pool if you cannot swim.
