Summit is a non for profit organisation that assists people with disabilities to experience the positive benefits that holidays and recreation provide. Other recreational, social and sports programs can be viewed at scn.org.au We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for people by providing quality and meaningful holiday experiences in a group setting that encourages friendships and fun. The team at Summit has extensive experience in providing holidays and support to people with disabilities. We understand how important it is for people to have consistent, reliable support so that the holiday experience is a memorable one for all the right reasons. As part of our mission to support people within the community, Summit Community Network, is offering a wide range of holidays for 2022. Our holidays are ALL INCLUSIVE which includes all transport, accommodation, meals and entertainment as set out in itinerary. All prices are set as a maximum price and will not exceed the listed amounts. Prices may be less than the advertised amounts at the time of booking. Monday 19th to Sunday 25th September 2022 The Sunshine Coast encompasses beach resorts, surf spots and rural hinterland in southern Queensland, Australia. It stretches from the coast- al city of Caloundra, near Brisbane, north to the Cooloola section of the Great Sandy National Park, home to multicoloured sand dunes, man- grove forests, and shallow lakes. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Pricing All listed prices are classed as out of pocket expenses and are expenses not covered by the NDIS. These expenses cover accommodation, travel, meals and entertainment. Prices are based on pre planned arrangements and estimates. Summit does not factor in a profit when finalising the cost. All prices listed are maximum costs, and prices will not exceed the listed price. Since it is not possible to accurately list all cost, some costs may be less than the advertised amount. Supports under the NDIS Funding for supports will be invoiced to relevant person or Plan Manager. The prices for supports are based on the NDIS Price Guide and are not listed in this booklet. Booking into holidays You must be registered with Summit Community Network to be eligible for any of the listed holidays. For more information email holidays@scn.org.au
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Bookings and Confirmation To make a booking you will need to contact Summit Community Network to check availability, level of support required and suitability. A Confirmation Invoice will be sent to you, stating when and how the deposit is to be paid. Once deposit has cleared in Summits account your spot is confirmed. Cancellation Cancellation fees apply if after confirmation has been confirmed by deposit and passenger cancels their trip. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (email) to Summit Community Network. Fees are as follows: Australian Land Based Travel Days of Notice Fee Payable 60 days or more Full Refund 31-59 days 50% off total cost 30 days or less 100% of total cost International, Plane, Train or Cruise travel Days of Notice Fee Payable 120 days or more Full Refund 91-119 days 50% off total cost 90 days or less 100% of total cost Summit reserves the Right to: • Alter or modify itineraries as deemed necessary. • Cancel trip if minimum number have not been met.
