JBSA-MILITARY & FAMILY READINESS FLIGHT Services & Operational Status The Joint Base San Antonio-Military & Family Readiness Flight is dedicated to providing The JBSA-M&FRC operational status and health and safety protocols will change based on installation a full range of quality programs and services that promote self-reliance, mission readiness, guidance and the HPCON level.
