To prepare for this season we... had practices just about every day during the week. We had a mileage club where you can reach 200, 300, or 400 miles during the summer. Also, we do a few workouts a week, about two during the summer. Practices have changed with the girls only because... we have a much smaller group so we have gotten really close this summer. All of us have been really good friends, and we have been able to go to lunches, breakfasts, and hang out. We do really miss the guys team. The attitude has changed slightly since we separated.
