It’s brought together the council and the NHS, in a move that we hope will significantly help disabled people in our borough and improve their quality of life. “It’s about seeing the whole person”, said Paul Hewitt, the council’s Director of People Services. “Traditionally, there’s council services on one side and health services on another, but that’s not really how people work, is it?
