"Dachauer Land" – A Region for Entrepreneurs near Munich
The district of Dachau presents itself as cosmopolitan and allows itself
to be characterized as modern, open-minded and yet bound to
tradition. It is located in the midst of the economic region of Munich
and possesses enormous growth potential. Every year the
communities of the district can record steadily rising population figures
so that the infrastructural facilities are being continually expanded and
modernized.

The district of Dachau has at its disposal an outstanding infrastructure. Freeway accesses to the A 8, A 99, A
92 and A 9 assure optimum connections in the directions Stuttgart, Lindau, Salzburg, Regensburg and
Nuremberg. The Munich airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car via the A 92. Furthermore, one is in the
center of Munich in 20 minutes via the suburban train. The territory surrounding Dachau is accessible via the
S2 towards Petershausen as well as via line A towards Altomuenster and via a dense bus network.
