You’ll also be able to receive payments using your mobile phone number or email address rather than having to remember your BSB and account number. We’ll give you more information on how to start using Osko by BPAY later this year. Branches and ATMs remain a vital part of delivering services to you, however as customer banking preferences change, we will need to ensure they evolve and are located in areas of high customer demand.
