IMSH 2023 Registration Categories
General Session Registration includes: Plenary sessions, accredited educational courses, program
materials, exhibit hall access, coffee breaks and three (3) lunches, access to fifteen (15) IPCE Hours of
content in the IMSH Delivers Collection and access to archived live-streamed session. Additional IMSH
Delivers IPCE hours will be available at $25 each. Rates for SSH Members, Non-Members, Government
and Students.
One-Day Pass purchase is not allowed for Saturday, January 21. Purchase of more than (1) One-Day Pass
is not allowed. One-Day Pass registration includes daily Plenary Session, accredited educational content,
Exhibit Hall access, beverage breaks and lunch (when available). One-Day Pass registration does NOT
include eligibility to register for Post-conference Immersive Courses or the President’s Diamond Ball. See
full conference program for detailed schedule and offerings for each day.
One-Day Exhibit Hall Pass purchase not allowed for Saturday, January 21 and Wednesday, January 25.
Purchase of more than (1) one Exhibit Hall Pass is not allowed. Exhibit Hall Pass registration includes
Exhibit Hall access, beverage breaks, and lunch. Exhibit Hall Pass registration does NOT include plenary
session or educational content or the President’s Diamond Ball. Exhibit Hall hours vary each day. See full
conference program for detailed schedule.
Guest Pass registration includes Plenary Sessions, Exhibit Hall, beverage breaks and lunches. Does NOT
include access to General Session courses, Post-conference Immersive Courses, or virtual content.
General Session registrants may only purchase one (1) guest pass. Guest passes may only be purchased
by a General Session registrant.
IMSH Delivers 2023 virtual-only registration will consist of educational content live-streamed from the
in-person event and prerecorded sessions. Livestreamed content will be recorded and included in the
IMSH Delivers 2023 Collection. Virtual attendees will have access to earn a total of 30 IPCE credit hours.
Additional courses from the IMSH Delivers 2023 Collection will be available for an additional $25 per
IPCE unit. The IMSH Delivers 2023 Collection will be comprised of:
• Livestream of Plenary Sessions (Up to 4 speakers)
• Livestream of eight (8) sessions from the in-person meeting. One course from each general
session time block will be live streamed to the virtual audience
• 40 recorded educational courses
• 15 recorded SimVentor Demos
• 15 recorded Oral Research Abstract Presentations
• 5 recorded Learning Lab presentations
• Virtual exhibitor profiles
Virtual Content will be available until June 30, 2023.

IMSH Delivers 2023 Virtual Only Registration

GROUPS: Three or more individuals from an institution may register as a group. Groups may contain a
mix of on-site and virtual registrations.
• SSH Accredited programs receive a 10% discount with five or more full registrations in a group
• Non-accredited programs receive a 10% discount with ten or more full registrations in a group.

* To receive the member rate for registration, you will need to renew your SSH membership so that it is valid
through January 31, 2023.
** A valid federal government/active-duty military email address will be required when registering. This rate does
not apply to state or local government or state education institutions.
*** Current Fulltime Student/Resident status documentation must be uploaded at time of registration. A letter
from the institution will suffice. The student membership will be activated after IMSH attendance and will be valid
through 12/31/2023.
2Additional Course Options – On-site in Orlando
2023 SSH Research Summit
Friday, January 20 and Saturday, January 21
$375
The Summit will focus on four goals:
• Establish and present evidence-based Practice Guidelines in Simulation
• Identify gaps in research
• Seek Summit participants to create working groups tasked with developing research projects around those
identified gaps and priorities
• Papers: Developed and reviewed both before and after the Research Summit, these papers will consist of the
systematic review papers in each of the topics addressed, the produced final guidelines, and papers reporting
the results of collaborative research projects, all of which will be directed to the Journal of the Society,
Simulation in Healthcare (SiH).
Attendees of the Research Summit do not need to be registered for the General Session to attend. Attendance of
the Research Summit does not include access to the diamond ball.
IMSH Post-conference Immersive Courses (off-site only – not virtual courses)
Wednesday, January 25

Each Post-conference Immersive Course is four (4) hours in duration and includes travel to and from the host site
and PDF of program materials (if applicable). Boxed lunches will be provided for attendees. Attendees must
purchase IMSH General Session registration to be eligible for Post-conference Immersive Course registration.
Purchase of a one-day pass does NOT qualify attendees for Post-conference Immersive Course registration.

registration.
3Certification Blueprint Review Courses – Virtual Only
Certification (CHSE) Blueprint Review Courses - Virtual only – 1 and 2-day course options
$370
Each Certification Blueprint Review Course is 8 hours total in duration, and includes course materials, the NEW CHSE
Blueprint Review Reference Manual. Attendees are NOT required to purchase IMSH General Session registration to
be eligible for Certification Blueprint Review Course registration.
Option 1: Virtual all-day course Saturday, January 7 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Option 2: Virtual 2-day course Friday, January 13 – 11:30 PM – 3:30 AM EST and Saturday January 14 – 11:30 PM –
3:30 AM EST
Learners will receive a maximum of 7.0 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for attending the
course. Sessions will NOT be recorded. Must attend live.
* If registration minimum isn’t met, the courses will be combined. That date will be determined by Friday, December
9, 2022.
Certification (CHSOS) Blueprint Review Course Virtual only 2-day course
$320
Each Certification Blueprint Review Course is 8 hours in duration over two days, and includes course materials.
Attendees are NOT required to purchase IMSH General Session registration to be eligible for Certification Blueprint
Review Course registration. This 2-day course will be held:
Thursday, January 12 – 12:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
Friday, January 13 – 10:00am – 1:00pm EST
Learners will receive a maximum of 7.0 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for attending the
course. Sessions will NOT be recorded. Must attend live.
4ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
President’s Diamond Ball - Saturday, January 21 6:00 PM
$75
President’s Diamond Ball, honoring 2022 Fellows, 2022 New & Renewed Accredited Sites, and individuals who have
earned or renewed certifications 2022. The Diamond Ball will be held on Saturday, January 21 starting at 6:00 PM.
The evening will include dinner, dancing, and drinks. All registered IMSH attendees and their registered guests are
invited and encouraged to attend. The Ball was sold out in 2022 so secure your tickets early!
Note: Attendees of the President’s Diamond Ball must first be registered for the General Session or as a Registered
Guest of a General Session registered attendee. Those registered with a One-day pass or Research Summit only are
not eligible to attend the ball.
#SimFit23 Fun Run/Walk Sunday, January 22, 2023

Packets can also be picked up at the registration desk during registration hours on Friday & Saturday
The #SimFit Fun Run/Walk is back! Join us for the 5K run/walk on Sunday, January 27. A separate email with the link
for the run forms will be sent out on Fridays, after payment is received.
All registered in-person runners will receive a race bib and official timing by Milestone Race Authority. All runners
who register by December 1, 2022 will receive a custom event t-shirt. Light refreshments will be provided.

Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing before 5 PM Eastern Standard
Time (US) on 12/16/2022. $200 administrative fee is nonrefundable. No refunds will be administered
after 12/16/2022. The cancellation policy is further defined on registration site in the terms and
conditions.
