We are so honored that you have decided to engage in our mission
by reading this Annual Report! 2019 was an exciting year of expected TOTAL YOUTH SERVED : 1054 ETHNICITY

First and foremost, aside from the return of our agency CEO, Jeff
Chin, the agency enjoyed some exciting new developments that
enhanced our ability to serve children in need of positive, reliable

mentors. We reorganized our program service delivery to include
more regionally based staff teams and structure, and implemented
for the first time Regional Program Directors. This model not only

augmented our ability to structure our programs between our two
offices, but also launched professional development opportunities for
staff members and new roles within the teams. The result was a promotion for seven key staff members, and

the addition of some wonderfully talented new staff members to our array of mentoring programs.
One notable addition to our portfolio of programs included the inauguration of our new Mazie Mentoring 58% Female Asian Black Hispanic Multi Race Other White

were pleased to open this third site for our Mazie Mentoring Programs, which specialize in serving high

In addition to this exciting expansion of the Mazie Mentoring Programs, we have also secured support
for expansion of our highly regarded Bigs in Blue program, a national program through Big Brothers Big
