QUARTERLY SUMMARY
Over the fourth quarter of 2020, NDCAM has brought in 18 new employees across
six different positions that span 16 properties. NDCAM also announced the promotion of a
new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
As we at NDC Asset Management reflect on the past year, we continue to be grateful.
The willingness of everyone associated with the NDCAM family to accommodate these
unprecedented circumstances that came with the previous year are greatly appreciated. We
have been a part of a global pandemic and numerous natural disasters, among other
challenges, that have been met head on, with a great attitude and fighting spirit.
As we embrace the uniqueness of 2021, we know that everyone in our NDCAM family
will continue to bring that positive attitude and work ethic. We at NDCAM wish everyone a
safe and healthy 2021 and hope to have the ability to celebrate this New Year at some point
in person.

COROPRATE PROMOTIONS
Jason Bartz, Executive Vice President. Formerly as Vice
President, Jason brought over 17 years of commercial real
estate development, construction, brokerage, and management
experience to NDC Asset Management and NDC Services. In his
new role as Executive Vice President, Jason will lead a staff of
over 300 employees located in five states: Florida, Pennsylvania,
Louisiana, Virginia, and Maryland. "Jason is a valued member of
the NDC team,” said Ron Allen, President, “and has been an
integral part of our strategic direction and this promotion
recognizes his many contributions to our growth and future
success.”
Karen Kreutzer, Chief Financial Officer. Karen has been with
the company for over 32 years and has played an instrumental
role in leading NDC Asset Management’s accounting team. In
her role as CFO, Karen will oversee the Accounting Department
for both the Residential Property Management and Commercial
Property Management Divisions. “Having worked with Karen for
the past 32 years, I have seen firsthand the combination of her
skill, energy and expertise in leading the accounting team here
at NDC Asset Management,” said Allen. “With the growth we
have experienced and the opportunities we foresee in the
future, it is the perfect time for Karen to step into the role of
CFO.”

COROPRATE RETIREMENT
William Balsinger
NDC Asset Management announces the retirement of William Balsinger, Executive Vice
President, effective October 30, 2020. Bill’s over 40 years of experience in real estate
finance, development and management was instrumental in building NDC Asset
Management to its current success. Bill joined NDC in 1972 and oversaw the efforts in
the leasing of over 7,000 residential units and 500,000 SF of retail space and office
buildings in five states. “On behalf of our team, we’d like to express our deepest
appreciation to Bill for his significant contributions to the NDC organization over the
past 40 years,” said Ron Allen, President.

Northside Properties PHASE I & II
Address: 1414 Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15233 Units: 75 & 122
This project consists of the rehabilitation of all 324
units that are currently part of the Northside Associates
affordable housing portfolio. The 75 units located in 43
buildings scattered throughout the California, Kirkbride
and Central-Northside neighborhoods were rehabbed in
Phase I. Of the 75 units, four are handicap accessible.
Northside Properties is currently owned by Northside
Properties Development Co. under President Sarah Mistick.
Oakland Affordable Living
Address: 2520 Wadsworth Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15213 Units: 49
Oakland Affordable Living includes apartment units at
Aliquippa Place and 2520 Wadsworth Street. Aliquippa
Place consists of recently renovated two and three-
bedroom units. 2520 Wadsworth Street is new
construction that is fully ADA accessible and offers 24
one-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit. Oak-
land Affordable Living is currently owned by Oakland
Planning & Development under Assistant Director Elly
Fisher.
Valley stream apartments
Address: 6362 Old William Penn Highway, Delmont, Pa 15626 Units: 154
Valley Stream Apartments are located in Delmont,
Pennsylvania in the 15626 zip code. This apartment
community was built in 1974 and has two stories with
154 one and two-bedroom units. Valley Stream is
currently owned by Valley Stream Associates under
President Nanette Catarinella and Vice President
Stephen Catarinella.
