RESTAURANT OPTION #1 Hexagone Michelin star Hexagone’s graphic black-and-white wallpaper and vibrant yellow accents combine for a striking ambiance that is currently in the hands of talented chef Takahiro Matsumoto. RESTAURANT OPTION #2 La Grande Cascade Michelin star A stunning exemplar the Second-Empire style, the pavilion of La Grande Cascade was erected for Napoleon III in the verdant Bois de Boulogne and transformed into a restaurant for the 1900 World’s Fair. Its high-ceilinged, gilded, and mirrored interior serves as the Buttes/Chaumont Menu Raw marinated bass fennel, saffron, honey chestnut Saddle of lamb, lemon-basil stuffed vegetables Riviera-style peppered juice Mille-feuille vanilla and red berries Coffee and delicacies Mineral waters still and sparkling Wines : half- bottle basis per person White wine : Pouilly Fuissé Domaine Sangouard-Guyot Red wine : Mercurey Château de Chamilly $450 Per Person All restaurant selections include wine, appetizer, main, dessert, gratuity and taxes. RESTAURANT OPTION #3 Le Pergolèse Michelin star Chef Stéphane Gaborieau is inspired by the food of southern France, and the restrained but present use of spice characteristic of the region. The cozy and warm restaurant boasts surprisingly bold art, a deft moment of wit that echoes Gaborieau’s innovative take on classic cuisine.
