Deeley Group is a leading Midlands-based contractor and developer and
has a proven track record of delivering quality developments across the
healthcare sector.
In the past 12 months we have delivered two extra care and one care home
providing 183 beds for our clients.
We have a excellent understanding of the requirements of our partners
in the sector in delivering projects that create a lasting value.
Our team work closely with clients, architects and cost consultants to deliver
on their individual vision with a high standard of quality and at an affordable
price through our construction programmes.
We provide value engineering to ensure schemes are completed in a cost-
effective manner but still to the highest quality that our clients expect from us.
Deeley Group has experience of delivering in a range of environments with
different build challenges, whether that be in a city centre or on a brownfield
sites which require significant ground remediation, or working in a live
environment ensuring continuous trading and good relations with neighbours
and local stakeholders.
In previous projects we have had great success with achieving change of use
on planning conditions, such as a move from employment to residential land,
and our expert team is skilled in forging relationships with local authorities to
enable this.
Deeley Group will also provide a structured programme of dates for our
clients allowing them to plan further into the future and keep stakeholders
informed of progress on the development.

WCS are a ‘not for profit’ care provider operating 13 homes solely in JCT Design & Build 2016 WCS Care
Warwickshire with an unprecedented five Care Quality Commission
‘Outstanding’ ratings. They have a national reputation for the quality of
their care and for innovation.
Their brief to Deeley was to create a home for residents living with
dementia that would enhance their quality of life. On this scheme we
constructed a facility that created individual households accommodating
6 to 7 residents in each area.
Each household has its own kitchen, dining and living spaces designed
to be domestic in scale which encourages residents to socialise and
participate in preparing their own meals.
With its own external front door onto the site’s central courtyard, all of
these features enhance the quality of life for the residents.
Central facilities include a shop, laundry and café which are presented to
the residents with shop fronts and signage.
Deeley Construction undertook a value engineering exercise prior to
the contract start with the clients representatives and also managed the
demolition of the former Woodside premises.
