Te Rau Puawai gave me the ç ä opportunities to connect with other students studying and working in the Doctor of Philosophy Doctor of Social Work health profession which aided me in completing my studies. [3 years] [3 years] Studying at Massey University has provided me a broad and sound knowledge of what social work is all about. It set me up to face the daily challenges of the "life of a social worker" and has allowed me to reflect not just as a professional but on a personal level. I am able to understand and apply the skills I have learnt throughout my degree to help my whānau, my friends and my clients.

There is no doubt that without the support from my lecturers I wouldn’t be where I am today. ENROL IN... I chose to study the Bachelor of Health science at Massey University ä ä because it gave me options for a variety of different majors. I liked that Certificate in Public Health Bachelor of Health Science some classes were smaller and the lecturers got to know you and you [6 months] [3 years] them. I wanted to stay close to home and feel like I was part of a family OR: and Massey offered that. Massey did this by supporting communities â and groups for students to join and be a part of.
