Our 2018 Programme
will run in both our
Global HQ in Warren,
New Jersey, and our European
HQ in London, UK.

The aim of our programme is to offer
you the opportunity to develop a
diverse skillset which will be
invaluable to your future career, and
your curiosity and innovative mind
will be critical to helping shape the
future of our business.

You will be exposed to all areas of our business, expected to develop core skills,
as well as strengthen specialisms as you progress through your time with us.

We also offer the opportunity to work closely with our global teams, building a
cross-market understanding of our industry, and the chance to undertake a
placement in one of our global offices in year two, to really experience both living
and working abroad!

Impressive academic achievements are a good starting point, but we are also interested to
hear of your achievements outside of the classroom and the personal attributes you will bring
to our business. Here’s a few things that are important to us:

                   Invoicing Process                                    Coming into Lightspeed as a recent
                                                                             graduate opened a wealth of
                   Manager                                            opportunities for me. Within a year I had
                                                                     been on stage at conferences and in front
                                                                          of a wealth of clients. Working on
                                                                     projects at the cutting edge of innovation.
                                                                         It’s hard for me to imagine a more
                                                                        interesting or fun start to my career.

            My career at Lightspeed initially started off as a one
              year placement as part of my degree. I was lucky
               enough to be offered a permanent role when I
                 finished my degree and had no hesitation in
               snapping it up. It has been six years now and
           Lightspeed has offered me so many opportunities to
             develop my skills and my career. I quickly gained                         Alex Wheatley
            valuable client facing experience and exposure and
            soon my responsibilities grew as I was promoted to                         Innovation Researcher
           an Account Manager. I then diversified to a new role
                that I worked toward with my manager as the
           business grew and recognised a need. I now manage
           a team of 4 and am an escalation point across EMEA,
                             a big responsibility!
I came to Lightspeed having recently graduated.
  Wanting to explore global quantitative research and
 methods, I was quickly brought into a team that focus
  on longitudinal studies for large bluechip clients. It's
      been fascinating to see firsthand how these
   companies use this research to determine global
strategy and have an active part in it. I was able to use
my education to contribute in client conversations and
      be involved in shaping the future direction of
     projects. The culture is open, progressive and                       Stefan Cave
   supportive, it makes you feel part of a big family.
      Joining Lightspeed has been an illuminating                         Team Leader
             experience for my profession!

                                                        Even as a newly fledged Biochemistry graduate, I have
                                                      been given the opportunity to thrive and grow in my role as
     Yana Mushkova                                     Project Manager at Lightspeed Health. In the past 3 years
     Project Manager                                  alone, I’ve been to face to face client visits both within the
                                                        UK and outside, promoting best practices and helping
                                                       design sound healthcare research pieces. I’ve also been
                                                         fortunate enough to be part of the Kantar Accelerator
                                                      Programme, where over the course of 5 months I was able
                                                          to spend 1 week of secondment in 5 different sister
                                                        companies. Not only did this give me an opportunity to
                                                       network and meet like-minded individuals but it exposed
                                                      me to different areas of the business that have broadened
                                                          my understanding of in the industry and aided in my
                                                                 continued professional development.
But it’s not JUST about BUSINESS..

 So we have active social committees in all offices who host events, drinks, mixers,
 pool tournaments, outings.. There’s no shortage of things to get involved in!
