West Yorkshire
With a population of over 2.3 million, West Yorkshire
consists of the boroughs of the cities of Bradford, Leeds

of the buildings and the architecture in West Yorkshire
reflect the association that the area has had with the coal,
wool and iron ore industries through the centuries. Here
are some of our favourite attractions and places to visit in
two of the best places to visit in West Yorkshire, Leeds and
Wakefield.
