Bejgli
The origins of bejgli can be traced back to several
different traditions. One thing is certain: the poppy
seed rollcake is beloved and popular from Poland to
the Balkan region in Central-Europe, but there are
also Russian, Danish, Italian and Israeli versions of
this cake as well.
Anyway, the strongest traditions of the bejgli are
rooted in Poland and in our country, Hungary. Accor-

  Linzer

Strudel
To tell you the truth, words „strudel” and „rétes” come
from the German, the Austrian and the Hungarian
tradition as well, so it is our common gastronomic
heritage with the German and Austrian gourmets. The
word „rétes” means „layered” in Hungarian. Original
meaning of the idea is a multilayered, oven-baked
pastry, which sprinkled with powdered sugar. The

  We created the Wise Food Universal Mix as a
  gluten-free general purpose flour mixture,
  which can be used for all purposes, just like the
  traditional wheat flour. Wise Food Universal
  Mix flour mixture is an excellent choice for

  also good for gluten-free cakes. Sponge can be
  made of it as well, but you can also use it to thic-
