11 Sheds price list.What do we mean
by Custom?
We receive many requests for custom
builds understandably, however we can
only create what is within our means.
We can alter widths, depths and increase
heights of sheds but we cannot change the
design of them. For example - create corner
sheds or L shaped sheds :(
We do not offer any other additional extras
or custom extras than what is listed above.
We cannot alter door/window sizes and
orientations.
We have offered this service in the past,
but due to high demand we can no longer
offer this. In our recent past experience,
custom builds are heavy on time and mostly
become expensive and outwith your budget.
We’re no cheap, ye ken. But we do charge a
fair and honest price for a top quality shed.
Every year we research and develop our
designs, improving every step of the way,
always with you in mind. Our designs have
come a long way and we are confident
that our sheds are the best sheds around.
With the right care, following our aftercare

x 10’. Anything larger will require a 3-tier
wall specification. Effectively it becomes a

beastin’ shed you are after. In our experience,
any shed larger than what we offer - they
find hard to fight off the almighty rain gods
and won’t last long.
The smallest shed size we offer is 7’ x 5’.
Anything just under this, we can build but
at the same price as a 7’ x 5’ shed. If you’re
looking for a totsy shed, we’re not the right
company for you.

The G&M Buyer’s Prep Guide is the single
most important guide you should read
before buying your very own dream Shed.

Please read this to get a fuller understanding
of what you need to consider before buying
your Shed. We’ve created a short summary
of base preparation and painting here to get
you started.
Base Prep
All Sheds require A LEVEL COMPACT
BASE. We will not assemble your building
if the base is not sufficient and will result in
additional charges.
It’s best to get this correct from the offset
and to avoid yourself any unnecessary
frustrations down the road.
Your basework might be an additional cost
you have to consider in your overall shed
project. We strongly advise you to source
a local professional landscaper to carry out
this work for you.

Base plans are available on request.
You do not require to source or place breeze
blocks (concrete blocks) or wooden bearers
for your base. The deliverers will bring them
on delivery day.
