The beverage list is primarily comprised of Varney Wines and Victor’s Place Beers, made by Winemaker P ACKAGES and Brewer, Alan Varney in our on-site Winery and Brewery. T ERMS AND C ONDITIONS Room Capacity Restaurant 50 seated | Outside Terrace 20 seated Food and Beverage All food and beverages are supplied by Victor’s Place and no BYO is permitted. Due to the seasonal nature of our offering we reserve the right to adjust pricing on certain items. Any adjustments to pricing will be communicated in advance. Wine and Beer Sales Victor’s Place and the Varney Wines cellar door is open to the public for takeaway sales from Thursday to Saturday from 10am to 9pm, Sunday from 10am to 5pm. Dietaries All dietary requirements can be catered for by the kitchen on top of your menu choice and will therefore not impact the rest of your group. Please note, any dietary requirements are required 48hrs in advance of the event date. Children For children under 12 we offer a 3 course menu for $40 per child. This includes Victor’s Place sourdough with whipped butter, a set main and set dessert. Cakeage We understand that for special occasions, you may wish to provide your own cake. Our kitchen team will plate and serve for you for $5 per person. In the interest of food safety we ask for professionally produced cakes. Music Policy Due to the close proximity to other businesses and private residents within the Victor’s Place precinct, we have strict noise regulations in place that we must respect.
T ERMS AND C ONDITIONS CONT: Beverage Service Victor’s Place is a licensed premise and we are obliged to comply with the RSA law in the conduct of any function. This may involve our staff and management restricting or refusing the provision of alcohol at our discretion. Appropriate proof of age identification may be requested from guests at any point. Responsibility of Guests and Conduct Please note all areas of the venue share the restroom facilities and will require public thoroughfare. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The restaurant is located in a unique setting surrounded by our functional winery, brewery and kitchen where machinery and vehicles are utilised during open hours. For your safety and the safety of others, we ask that children are supervised at all times and contained within the parameters of the restaurant to prevent any injuries or accidents occurring. We appreciate your understanding and compliance in keeping Victor’s Place a safe environment for everyone to enjoy. Booking Confirmation and Cancellation Policy To confirm a booking, we require credit card a pre-authorisation. A minimum of one week’s notice is required for any changes or cancellations, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a $50 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations for exclusive hire are required to give a minimum of two week’s notice. If a cancellation to an exclusive venue hire occurs under the two weeks notice Victor’s Place will retain the pre-authorisation and venue hire fees. Please note the venue hire fee is to be paid at the time of the booking. Arrival and Departure Times Please be aware that your booking time is your seating time. Please ask your guests to arrive 15 minutes early. Our liquor licence runs until 11pm. Therefore, last drinks are called at 10:30pm for 11pm departure. Payments We do not offer split bills, thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
