to be held in Calgary, Alberta on August 11 – 14, 2019. Hosted by the Calgary Police Service, the
conference has an anticipated audience of over 325 delegates and over 150 exhibit booths.
The CACP’s interests and concerns have relevance to police at all levels including municipal,
regional, provincial, federal and First Nations. Many initiatives and work of the CACP and its
committees throughout the year are reported on at the Annual Conference where recommendations
are tendered and resolutions adopted. In many cases, these form the basis of the CACP’s ongoing
work on behalf of the policing community and the society that it serves.
