Monthly rooms can be cancelled with 30 days notice. No part months or pay as you go useage periods apply. Monthly rooms auto renew unless cancelled.
Annual rooms auto renew 30 days prior to expiry. Part year fees can not be refunded.
Set up fees apply to 10 personal rooms. No monthly subscription charges as these are billed on a consumption basis.
As part of your activation order not for resale, the demo room is required. This is billed monthly at a higher trade discount.
The room class is a video room so that all room functionality is present. One deal for large room numbers where useage patterns are not known prior.
