This guide is a project of the Children’s Services Department of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. The information included in this guide is collected from many different agencies and all are free of charge, unless there is a fee mentioned. Each listing has information about times and locations, and most have a telephone number for further information. If you have a question about a particular listing, please call the contact number first. Parent Education LIMERICK FOREST NATURE PLAY A free drop-in outdoor, nature program for dads, moms, grandparents and caregivers, with their children, aged birth to 6 years, located at the Limerick Forest Interpretive Centre. Children explore what nature offers in an outdoor play-based learning environment. Participants should dress appropriately for the weather. Parent Education DENTAL SCREENING A dental hygienist from the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit will offer dental screening and fluoride varnish to children, and provide information about the Healthy Smiles Ontario program.
