STUDY AREA SITE ANALYSIS The West Oxford Street Precinct Plan study area is over SHOP FRONTS 4.4HA and is approximately 6km East of Sydney CBD. 1.2 METHODOLOGY & STUDY PROCESS The methodology for the project has been a design charette process. The NSW Government Architect’s MEETING Office was engaged by Waverley Council to facilitate and Dec/ Feb 2013/ Feb & May March-June March & May co-ordinate the design charette process and to prepare 2014 2014 2014 2014 the draft report for endorsement by Council for public exhibition and community engagement. Consultation strategy included: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT - Community Reference Group meetings Engagement with the community formed the structure - Community drop in of the project process.
