REGULATION
STAND SECURITY

It is recommended that you never leave your stand unattended during the installation and dismantling of installations.
Valuables must be locked away.

STAND CLEANING

The PALAIS DES CONGRÈS provides general cleaning of the aisles every morning.

INSURANCE

The Organiser is responsible for the overall insurance for the exhibition in terms of fire and civil responsibility. Each
exhibitor is responsible for taking out any additional insurance they deem necessary.

Neither the organisers nor Strasbourg Evénements may be held responsible for theft or damage to personal goods
belonging to exhibitors either during visiting hours or during the installation and dismantling of stands.

SECURITY REGULATIONS

Exhibitors must strictly respect security regulations and those specifically relating to the event.

PARKING

After unloading equipment, exhibitors should park in the car park KIEFFER located in front of the PALAIS DES CONGRÈS
(free of charge)
It is stricly forbidden to park in the technical courtyard at the PALAIS DES CONGRÈS, except when unloading.

DELIVERY OF PACKAGES
Delivery

The organizers and Strasbourg Events have named EuroDemenagements the preferred shipping and handling
provider of IMRP19.
EuroDemenagements will accepted advanced shipment starting
March 21 to March 25 between the hours of 08:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00.

Any needs in handling or lifting are to be expected by the exhibitor. As part of the show we negotiated preferential
rates at a partner.
We strongly recommend contacting Mr Christophe KUNZ from FRANCE EURODEMENAGEMENT to arrange your
transport and handling needs for your booth at IMRP19

If you need to store empty packaging, handling or lifting, we recommend that you contact our service provider
directly.

Recovery
At the end of the event, parcels must be picked up from France EURODEMENAGEMENT platform, between April 9
and April 19, between the hours of 08:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00.
After this date, Strasbourg Events reserves the right to destroy the parcels. Strasbourg Events can not be engaged in
any way on the disappearance or destruction of any material left after the event.

    The halls are closed every evening and all access areas require a badge for entry. However, you may
    request an approved security agent to monitor your exhibition area before or after the Fair’s opening
    hours.

Exhibitors are reminded that a 1 kW –6 A connection (electrical box with 2 sockets), per 9m² module is included for
