Venue Hire Rate – Flower Field Hall (Promo rates applicable till 31 Dec 2020) Full Day Rates Flower Dome (Contracted period: 0800 to 2359hrs) Indoor Event Space Per Event Day $3,950 Flower Field Hall (1,200sqm) (standard rate is $15,800) $500 Magnolia Room (Bridal Changing Room) (standard rate is $1,000) Security Deposit Requirement Refundable security deposit based on 30% of total venue rental rates Notes: 1) Rates are subject to prevailing GST, applicable for wedding events taking place from 1 – 31 January 2021. 2) A 20% surcharge is applicable on the following dates: • eve of Christmas, eve of New Year & eve of Chinese New Year • PH for Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Chinese New Year (1st & 2nd day) 3) Terms and conditions apply on the rental of our event space(s). Note 1. Contracted hours are from 0800 - 2359hrs, unless otherwise stated (including handover of venue in its original state by 2359hrs). Any extension of contracted hour after midnight is based on S$1,500 + 7% GST (based on prevailing GST) per hour. 2. Admission to visit our conservatories are not included in our venue hire rate. 3. The hirer is required to make other logistics’ arrangement for their event directly with their preferred vendors / contractors, with the exception of F&B caterer (must be selected from GB’s appointed caterers) and re-turfing of lawn (for outdoor venues). Examples of other logistics’ arrangement required by hirer include AV system, extra power tapping from GB main isolator or distribution box, stage platform, furniture, security, barricades, ‘q’ poles etc. 4. The following are strictly prohibited within GB premises: - power generator sets / sparklers / naked flames / open fire / helium balloons / confetti / dry ice, haze machines, smoke machines / pyrotechnics and laser displays (unless with prior approval). 5. A utility charge will apply upon any power connection to our main isolator or distribution box (base on per hour basis from power turn on to turn off). 6. Proper cleaning of our kitchen is required by the appointed F&B caterer after the event. A cleaning fee will be imposed to hirer in the event GB has to clean up the kitchen space and any spot cleaning within the venue space due to F&B spillage etc. 7. General cleaning of the contracted venue space will be undertaken by GB prior to our venue handover. Any cleaning services required during the event period fall under the responsibility of the hirer. 8. All event structures / banners / posters must be free standing and self supported. No hanging or mounting on any of GB structures, eg ceiling, pillars, walls, glass panels, trees, plants or shrubs are allowed. 9. Height limits of all structures and build-up to be 3m and below within Flower Field Hall, and 2m and below within Waterview Room. 10. Please note that other Terms & Conditions do apply.
