Health and safety measures We take the health and safety of our attendees, partners, and staff very seriously. With this in mind, we have developed the following Health Measures as part of the overall Security and Safety concept for f-cell. The plan is based on input from federal and state governments and our venue. Implementation will be managed by our sanitary and management teams. Disinfection and Cleaning Disinfectant dispensers will be placed at all important points. High-touch surfaces (e.g. counters, tables, handrails) will be cleaned frequently. Mandatory Face Masks Masks must be worn in all event areas. Fresh Air Circulation Ventilation in conference and trade show halls will be optimized to ensure extra fresh air exchange. Hygiene in Sanitary Facilities Sanitary facilities will be cleaned frequently. Sufficient distance for hand washing and sanitizing equipment will be provided. Health and Safety Reminders Special signage and floor markings will remind all attendees of distancing and hygiene rules. Leave Safe and Calm All conference participants and visitors will require full registration (with name, address and telephone number) to enable contact tracing in case of a reported infection. Line Management To minimize lines at registration, the number of counters will be increased.
