As part of our strategy to build a more scalable, sustainable and
customer-centric supply chain, we have expanded the distribution centre (DC)
in Bad Hersfeld, Germany. The extended state-of-the-art DC, due to open in

                                                    Through RS Monition we offer a service to monitor energy usage at specific points by
                                                     installing data-enabled power meters to certain production lines or areas of a plant.
                                                   These meters feed their data into the cloud system, enabling managers to understand
                                                      the detailed energy intensity of their processes and finished products. The benefits
  14                                                include reduced energy costs due to reduced consumption of electricity and steam
                                                         and reduces greenhouse gas emissions as less power needs to be generated.
