DRESS UP LIMITEDis a modern knit manufacturer of high quality exportable fabrics and apparels in Bangladesh
having all state of the facilities. It is located at Dhorenda, Savar a 30 minutes drive from capital city. It has
established in December 2005 as a private limited company under joint stock of company. Today it has 900
employeesand equipped with latest machineries.

T-Shirt, Polo Shirt, Tank Top, Rugby Shirt, Sweat Shirt, Shorts, Long Pant and all kinds of knitted fancy garments.

Apparel Section:
The section is equipped with 690 units of sewing machine of Siruba, Juki, Brother, Kansi special brand. These
brands are reliable and dependable produce quality knitwear. Finishing section has been designed with the latest
model vacuum table and steam iron with Teflon shoe. We always keep our standby generator ready to avoid
interruption of production due t power failure.Page-04

A wide range of new products development by us meets requirement of the buyer. We generally produce the

The above mentioned fabrics can be produced by 100% cotton, CVC (60%cotton 40% polyester), T/C (65%
polyester 35% cotton), Blended yarn (cotton viscose), Lycra & blended with lycra.The knitting capacity is 7,000 kgs
per day supported by production of collar &cuff 3,000 setsper day.We are producing Lycra S/J, Pique, Fleece,
French Terry, Feeder stripe S/J & Pique, 1x1 & 2x2rib with lycra.

Tubular/Open fabrics inspection Machine.

Machine operated of built-in computer, control panel and display with code key protection for 2-shitf control,
hour counter, production data, case of machine stop etc.

Dyeing Section:
Color remains intact, in its own territory.
We produce following types of fabrics:
Reactive dyed, enzyme washed, single mercerized.
We use European dyestuff Ciba, Dystar, Cht, Bezema, Rudolf, Clariant to achieve color fastness, rubbing and
"azo" dyes free. We use to test our fabrics each & every dyed lot in our own laboratory with Cclm meter to meet up
international standard and quality consistency.
Extra value of the fabrics:-
Minimum residual shrinkage
Control the spirally.
Required hand feel.
Open width compact ness to minimize cutting wastage.
Top quality machines / efficient manpower and satisfied customer are our prime assets.
Quality Assurance:
We have a quality policy for quality assurance. We introduced independent quality control team (iqct).
The quality policy is written in English and in our native language:
"The quality policy of DRESS UP LIMITED. is to manufacture and export different kind of high quality readymade
garments to its customer's"
The objective of DRESS UP LIMITED. is to attain & enhance customer satisfaction by providing competitive price,
on time delivery of contracted quality and quality of readymade garments with reliability and also to increase
efficiency of work force.
To attain these objectives the management of DRESS UP LIMITED. has decided to adapt the following:
1. To create awareness regarding customers requirements throughout the organization.
2. By providing training to develop efficiency/awareness of the employees.
3. To collect customer feedback regularly to know about their conception about the company and to take appropriate
action timely.
4. To reduce the percentage of rejection/wastage to maximum 2% per annum.
5. To implement and maintain: a) BSCI, b) ACCORD, c) WRAP, d) ISO 9001:2008, e) Oeko-Tex standard 100.Page-07

department/section and work hard to attain these quality objectives.
The management is committed to provide adequate resource, competent manpower, suitable premises, required
machinery/equipment and facilities to implement the quality policy & objectives of the company.

Facilities
The factory building is total area and floor space 210,000sft. with 2 stairs for general & emergency is owned by us
and we have hygienically maintain washroom and emergency treatment room.
