Zodiac General Purpose Plywood is special grade plywood manufactured as per IS 303. Our plywood is
made from selected veneers of unmatched quality, designed to maintain its original shape for years,
resist rotting in high moisture, and has excellent durability.
(I) MR Grade General Purpose Plywood (IS 303: 1989)
Zodiac MR Grade General Purpose Plywood is manufactured by use of high density hardwood
timber, which is strong and resistant to the attack of borers and termites. Superior quality melamine
urea formaldehyde resin is used for manufacturing MR grade plywood. It is moisture resistant and is
bonded under intense heat. It has more internal density and is devoid of any warping effect, which
ensures longevity of the product.

ZODIAC MARINE PLYWOOD (IS 710: 2010)
Zodiac Marine Plywood is one of the most authentic plywoods manufactured that conforms
to IS 710: 2010. Our Marine Plywood is BWP grade, certified by the Bureau of Indian
Standards (BIS). It is durable, resistant to borer and termite attack, can endure extreme
weather conditions and is dimensionally stable in both, excessively wet or dry conditions,
throughout its life.

ZODIAC SHUTTERING PLYWOOD (IS 4990: 2011)
Zodiac Shuttering Plywood offers high quality Film Face Densified Shuttering Plywood and
Plain Coated Shuttering Plywood that conforms to IS: 4990. Shuttering Plywood is
manufactured using high density timber in state-of-the-art hot presses. It is manufactured
with CPGL technology to add to the product an extra strength as compared to the ordinary
film face ply. The different treatment makes it structurally strong and better bonded.

ZODIAC FLEXI PLYWOOD (IS 303)
Zodiac flexi ply is a strong and durable plywood made exclusively from Gurjan wood that can
be used in bent or curved structures. Plywood with this flexible characteristic is manufactured
from specially treated veneers, usually with a thinner central core veneer and two thicker
'tenderised' outer veneers. The special construction of particular species of veneers gives an
unusually large degree of flexibility and offers a most cost-effective way of producing rounded
columns and other curved structures of very small radius in rounded or S-shaped structures
without water or the need for heat-forming.

Zodiac Blackboards are one of the finest MR and BWP grade blockboards manufactured in
accordance with IS 1659. Our superior quality boards are dimensionally stable, high on
strength, have excellent bend resistance, strong screw holding capacity and are resistant to
termite and borer attacks.
(I) MR Grade Blockboard (IS 1659: 2004)
MR Grade (moisture resistant) block board is also known as commercial grade block board. It
is manufactured from a combination of select seasoned, durable hardwood, timber battens,
veneers and adhesives. These are bonded with Urea Formaldehyde Resin under high pressure
and temperature.

Zodiac offers a high quality Chequered Plywood, which is a multi-functional product, and
can be used in paneling, flooring and decorative purpose etc. Extra impression leads to better
ridges and lifelong holding properties. Its load bearing capacity is also enhanced due to extra
compression. It is chemically treated to prevent adverse effects of harsh climatic conditions
and enhance its resistance to heat, boiling water, chemicals and moisture.

FIRE RETARDANT PLYWOOD (IS 5509: 2010)
Zodiac Fire Retardant Plywood is special grade plywood that is manufactured from
carefully selected hardwood panels, which undergo vacuum-cum-pressure. This plywood
has been impregnated with chemicals, which gives the product an inflammability level of at
least 30 minutes. The revolutionary product forms a protective fire shield when it comes in
