Digital Government 2018 Digital disruption is becoming the norm – technology innovation can revolutionise what we can do. Key themes Plenary: Smarter public services The opening session of the conference will look at how we can deliver smarter public services. Paul Wickens from Enterprise Shared Services will update delegates on how digital is transforming the way government delivers services and look to the next phase of transformation.
