First Connection

    ▪   Once the account has been created, you will receive an email with a temporary password and
        the link to access the customer portal:

    ▪   Click on the link
          o Login : your email linked to your access to the portal
          o Password: the temporary password received by email

    ▪   New password and security question
         o Minimum 6 characters with 1 upper case, 1 lower case, and one number. No special
             characters of the type: / " -
         o Enter the password twice
         o Select a question and an answer (in case you forget the password)

    ▪   Login with your email + new password

    ▪   Compatible browsers: Google Chrome (min v57), Mozilla Firefox (min v64), Microsoft Edge

Administration of the Customer Portal
     How do I create accounts?
     1)   Select an existing account.
     2)   Click on the button
           o All fields are filled in, except : Last name, First name, Email and Language
           o Perimeter and organisation are identical to the cloned account.
     3)   Fill in the missing fields : Last name, First name, Email and Language and click on
     4)   If the created access should have a reduced view, click on              , and select the third party with the right tree structure.

     5)   If you want to change the profile, click on the button                 and choose the Consultant or Operator (Opérateur) profile.
     6)   The created user will receive an e-mail notification informing him of the creation of his account and the link to access the portal.

                                                           The account is created!

            Please note:
            ✓ The unique identifier for each account is the email address.
            ✓ It is not possible to create multiple accounts with the same email address.
            ✓ The Operator profile (Opérateur) will have access to the order entry module (unlike the consultant profile).
            ✓ The Manager profile (Responsable) can access statistics and create user accounts.
