REGISTRATION, ACCOMODATION AND WEIGHT-IN OFFICE 2021 BODYBUILDING & FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIPS AT THE FITNESS SPORTS GAMES • For safety reasons and with the occasion of COVID-19, registration, accommodation and weighing will be carried out in a tent located in one of the car parks of the hired hotels. • Distribution of spaces in the tent will be carried out when type and dimensions of the tent are available. • Since attendance to the Championship of more than 1,500 people is anticipated, and in order to avoid concentration of people at closed spaces, athletes and delegates must wait for their turn outside the tent. This will allow compliance with the standard requirements made by the authorities and respect of the mandatory safety distance. • Delegates will enter the tent two by two to register; then they will go to weighing at the zone set up for this purpose. No more than 10 people may stay inside the tent at the same time, and always keeping the separation of 2 meters.

No more than 10 people may stay inside the premises at the same time, keeping the distance of 1 to 2 meters. Only chairs that do not have a red cross on the seat may be used for waiting. Chairs will be constantly disinfected during the registration process.
ACCESS TO THE WEIGHT-IN AREA In order to reduce infection risk, safety distance must be kept, and instructions from the officers and control guards must be observed, respecting the indications on the ground and the COVID-19 hygiene instructions. Temperature shall be measured when accessing the room.

S. • Officials shall wear gloves and masks. • They will always keep a minimum distance of 150cms. • They will only approach the athletes at the exact moment of their weighing or sizing. • They will not touch the athletes, except lightly to correct the sizing position. • Athletes attending the weigh-in area must always wear a mask and keep the safety distance. • Safety measures and exit indicators shall be followed both when entering and departing the office.

DISINFECTION AND SAFETY MEASURES
Q&B GRAFICHE - HYGIENIC GEL DISPENSER, TOT10-G TOTEM WITH GLOVE SUPPORT • Eight (8) dispenser units shall be placed as shown on the plan (slide 3). • Constant replacement of gloves and hydroalcoholic gel. • Medical masks shall be offered at the entrance dispenser unit, in addition to gel and gloves. • Supplies per day: • 1,000 face masks. • 200 hygienic gel dispenser units. • 360 boxes of disposable gloves.
NO-CONTACT INFRARED FOREHEAD THERMOMETER No-contact infrared forehead thermometer, three- color backlit digital screen – Instant read temperature. Temperature controls will be carried out by Sanitary Technicians, who will be at the control sites. Six units shall be used: - Two units at the entrance. -Two units at “backstage / warm-up zone” access, in order to double check the athletes, and one unit at the spectators access. - Two units for replacement.
DISINFECTION VENUE POLIESPORTIU PARC DEL COLOMER Disinfection of the venue facilities (dress rooms, warm up area, backstage etc.) will be carried out with the appropriate material. Disinfection will be carried out at each change of category. Areas of maximum influx of people (stands) will be disinfected in the morning, noon and night. During that time, these areas shall remain completely empty. The disinfection will be carried out by the organization staff, duly equipped with disinfection masks and backpack sprays. The duration of each disinfection will be between 20 and 30 minutes.

REMINDER POSTERS IN SPECIFIC LOCATIONS Installation of reminder signs in specific places - Hydroalcoholic gel stations. - Entrances to the dress rooms and warm-up area. Messages on the posters will in three languages (Spanish, English and Russian).
VENUE DISINFECTION POLIESPORTIU PARC DEL COLOMER Categories will run in groups of three by three; these groups will be the ones that can stay at the warm-up areas. As soon as a category ends, they will leave the area in order to immediately proceed with their disinfection. Only athletes from the three corresponding categories will have access to the warm-up area. BODYBUILDING UP & INCL. 75 KG. The order of the categories will be that published at the RUNNING ORDER. The categories shall be shown at the unique backstage access. A security officer will control the entrance of athletes; and an authorized officer will indicate the door to which they must conduct themselves (ONLY THE ATHLETE MAY ACCESS; IN CASE THERE IS ENOUGH ROOM, ONE COACH MAY STAY WITH THE ATHLETE ON THE PLACE INDICATED ON THE FLOOR DURING WAR-UP). The route to follow is: ATHLETES – ACCESS TO AND EXIT FROM WARM-UP ZONE.
SANITARY COVERAGE - EMERGENCY SERVICE Throughout all the Championship there will be an "in situ" site with a specialized Emergency Health Team, which consists of: 1USVA Ambulance (Advanced Life Support Unit) 1 USVE Ambulance (Nursing Life Support Unit) 2Doctors (Ward and Ambulance) 2 Nurses (Ward and Ambulance) 8 T.S. Sanitary Technicians (6 Ward and 2 Ambulances) The number of members of the Sanitary Team will be appropriate to cover the capacity and number of participants at the Championships. The Technicians will always supervise the fulfillment of the Security Measures with the support of the Medical Staff when it is deemed necessary. Due to the Covid-19 situation the presence of this Service is essential. COVID-19

SAFETY CONTROL AT THE BOX OFFICE AND TICKET SALES (2) For preserving the maximum safety against COVID-19 infection: • control over box office and ticket sales will be rigorous. One or two employees of the organization will be in charge of filling in the data, as described in the images of the ticket sales record; • attendants will sign an express consent created for this purpose in accordance with the personal data protection law, and of which the attendants will be duly informed; • both documents will be under confidential control of the EBBF and will only be delivered to health or governmental authorities if requested due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

ENTRANCE - DISINFECTION MATS - LOCATION (2) Disinfection mats will be at each one of the different athletes and general public entrances. Procedure is as shown in the images. At the entrance will be a hydroalcoholic gel unit for hands disinfection, followed by a disinfection mat for shoes, for assuring maximum hygiene in the venue.
ENTRY – TEMPERATURE CONTROL Health personnel will measure temperature to public, officials, delegates and athletes at the entrance. Always keeping the safety distances (2mts. between standing people and 1.50mts. from the doctor or health technician). If a person shows high temperature, he will be accompanied to the mobile emergency unit for being controlled.

SAFETY DISTANCE(1) The floor at the venue shall be marked with adhesive sealing tape perfectly visible indicating the safety distance of 1.50 to 2.00 meters. Messages shall be printed in three languages (Spanish, English and Russian).
SAFETY DISTANCE FOR SPECTATORS (2) The spectators and all attendees who come to the event, shall keep the minimum established safety distance. As shown in the image, there will be a free seat between person and person; this will be marked with a red cross. This is also applicable to the rows of seats on the sports hall track, where there will be a sign indicating where each chair may be placed and the area that must be kept free. This area will be controlled and monitored by security staff at all times .

Both corridors and backstage (fig. 2), where the lines of competitors are formed to exit, will be duly marked indicating the safety spaces. The warm-up area will have a circle like the one shown in the drawing (fig. 1), 1m of diameter, where the athlete will stand for warming up. With the same security distance measures. The officer accompanying the sanitary technician, will be in charge of checking the athlete's name on an official list provided by the organization, with all the details, name, passport number, and nationality, to the corresponding warm- up area and at his time of entrance to the area. In each entry of athletes the same procedure will be performed.

Athletes will remain seated until called, always respecting the allocated spaces. Only athletes, accredited IFBB officials and escort officers may enter. The maximum capacity will be of 16 people (10 athletes, 2 or 3 doctors and 1 security guard). There will be a gel station, gloves and masks, disinfecting liquid and disposable paper strips. People who remain inside the Doping Station will be always wearing gloves and a mask. The station will be disinfected regularly.
