It became essential to understand how reliable news are made to be able to find your way amongst the stream of information posted everyday. To inform yourself properly, you need to master a few tools and principles, vitals to journalism. This course will present the elements that will allow you to understand why conspiracy theories are spreading so fast and finding their way inside the mind of everyone (young and old, graduated or not). How to prevent conspiracy theory from booming? To be able to fight them, you must understand the cognitive biases that they exploit and learn when to suspend your intuitive judgement when facing complex information or dubious sources. The course will help you strengthen your critical mind and look at media content with a critical eye. The course provides a theoretical basis and some empirical evidence, about the way individuals take decision in such an environment. It is directly related to the exploding field of behavioral economics and finance. We explain in particular why people can be simultaneously risk-seeker in some contexts and risk-averse in some others, how to model optimism and pessimism, and how they perceive risk when no objective probabilities are available. Nous étudions ici la convergence de ces deux tendances et la manière de les mettre en œuvre. Nous l’appliquons concrètement par l’étude de cas du financement privé des projets d’intérêt général portés par les étudiants. - Utiliser le mécénat en entreprise comme outil de management et de communication - Utiliser le mécénat en ONG et association comme outil de coopération avec les entreprises et de financement innovant - Mettre en place le mécénat avec les entreprises et les fondations pour son projet d’intérêt général OBJECTIFS D’APPRENTISSAGE Après avoir suivi ce cours, les participants devraient être capables de connaître ou de comprendre (résultats fondés sur les connaissances) : LO1 : les motivations des entreprises et des porteurs de projets d'intérêt général LO2 : le cadre juridique et fiscal du mécénat Plus précisément, les participants devraient être capables de (résultats fondés sur les compétences) : LO3 : rédiger un argumentaire répondant aux attentes des mécènes, les cibler, les prospecter, les convaincre, conclure et contractualiser LO4 : co-construire, animer et pérenniser les partenariats de mécénat PRÉREQUIS Aucun prérequis. La connaissance des enjeux de la RSE/CSR est un plus. La connaissance par les étudiants d’une ONG/association ou l’engagement associatif d’intérêt général est un plus. CONTENU DU COURS 1. Financements innovants et partenariats entreprises-porteurs de projets. Contexte du mécénat, définitions, plus-value, objectifs et motivations des entreprises, réglementation, fiscalité. 2. Construction d'un argumentaire (pour lequel les étudiants auront préalablement identifié une association d’intérêt général et préparé ses valeurs). 3. Communication, mise en forme d'un dossier de mécénat (que les étudiants auront préparé en groupe). 4. Rapprochement des entreprises. 5. Finalisation de l'argumentaire, formalisation du dossier de mécénat. Bilan du dossier, présentation orale, plan d'action de rapprochement des entreprises. 21_EB2_LI_ALL_S2_EL1_HUM_5600 : BRESIL : PAYS DE COULEURS, DE REVES, DE CONTRASTES DIPLOME BBA NIVEAU Bachelor 2 PROGRAMME BBA BBM ANNEE ACADEMIQUE 2020-2021 HEURES ETUDIANT 15 ECTS 2 SEMESTRE Printemps (2) CAMPUS Lille COORDINATEUR Anita HARRES DAUSQUE OBJECTIFS DU COURS Étant le cinquième plus grand pays du monde en population et en superficie, le Brésil est un géant assez unique : que ce soit dans son histoire – la colonisation portugaise et l’immigration de tous genres de peuples –, dans son économie – la plus grande biodiversité au monde et une industrie en pleine expansion, ou dans son peuple – une diversité culturelle de peuples de tous les continents et un grand marché consommateur – ce pays a un potentiel expansif et prometteur. L’apprentissage de la langue et de la culture brésilienne étant un défi, ce n’est pourtant pas impossible de comprendre les enjeux culturels et sociaux de ce pays si ouvert et accueillant. Ce cours propose d’être une porte d’entrée à ce pays, en traitant les principaux aspects historiques, sociaux et culturels, bien que les plusieurs opportunités et ouvertures qui rendent ce pays si intéressant. OBJECTIFS D’APPRENTISSAGE Après avoir suivi ce cours, les participants devraient être capables de connaître ou de comprendre (résultats fondés sur les connaissances) : LO1 : Parler des différentes nuances culturelles et sociopolitiques du plus grand pays de l'Amérique Latine ; LO2 : Comprendre les principaux défis et opportunités, ainsi que les raisons pour lesquelles ce pays a fait partie des BRICS. Plus précisément, les participants devraient être capables de (résultats fondés sur les compétences) : LO3 : Indiquer les principales villes et régions du pays et ses activités économiques ; LO4 : Identifier les principaux problèmes économiques, sociaux et politiques du Brésil, ainsi que ses origines historiques. PRÉREQUIS Aucun. CONTENU DU COURS 1 - L’Amérique Latine et L’Amérique du Sud. Contexte géopolitique et social du Brésil. Qu’est-ce qui le différencie des autres pays de l’Amérique Latine et de son colonisateur, le Portugal ? - Démographie du pays, langues parlées, lignes générales sur l’économie et sur la politique, principaux défis structurels, économiques et politiques. 2 - Une brève histoire du pays, de la colonisation jusqu’au populisme des années 50, la politique du bon voisin, l’établissement de la capitale Brasília. - Origines des peuples, esclavage, vagues migratoires, comment cela impacte la culture brésilienne 3 - La structure économique post-dictature militaire, privatisations, hyperinflation et redémocratisation. Diffusion du court-métrage « Ilha das Flores », débat sur l’écart et la structure sociale du pays. - Les 5 régions du Brésil, principales villes du pays, pôles économiques, touristiques et industriels. 4 - Le Brésil comme acteur global, pourquoi est-il parti du BRICS ? Principales opportunités dans les secteurs primaire, secondaire et tertiaire ; présentation d’une étude de cas sur une entreprise ou secteur de l’économie. - Étude sur la crise politique-économique contemporaine, le cas Dilma et l’impeachment, l’élection de Bolsonaro, les changements récents du scénario du pays. 5 - Quelques beautés et particularités de la culture brésilienne : art, littérature, musique et cuisine.
