Tenant Signs for Businesses PRIMARY TENANT SIGN Tenant Wall Signs TENANT Tenants shall be allowed wall or marquee signs as described on page 16 of this document in the quantity, sizes and locations shown on the elevations on pages 20-26 of this WALL SIGN document. Primary Awning Signs Tenants may display a sign printed on the sloped surface of an awning in lieu of a permitted wall sign (See Page 15). SECONDARY TENANT SIGN TYPE In addition to the primary tenant signs identified on pages 20-26 of this document, tenants shall be allowed to display two of the following types of secondary tenant signs: window signs not to exceed 25% of the window area, up to 1 projecting blade sign, and up to 1 awning valance sign per awning where applicable.
