HUMAN RESOURCES
The strength of MELALI BALI DMC lies in its
human resources. The company’s team is
headed by experienced Travel and meetings
experts and supported by a number of
qualified members who, together as a team,
have successfully conducted numerous
prestigious group travels and large events.
Most team members have a tourism and
hospitality educational background. Their
education levels include Post Graduate (S2),
Bachelor (S1), Diploma IV and Diploma III. Most
of core personnel have obtained a ‘certificate
of competence for travel and event issued by
the Indonesian Professional Certification
Authority (BNSP).
Today, three board of directors hold the
highest level of event certification namely
CMMC (Certified Master Management of
Conference). To upgrade and improve
employees’ knowledge on travel and
hospitality industry, the management carries
out regular in-house training programs.
