This document has been put together to assist those in need during this difficult period. Inside, we have detailed the information and application procedures of government grants available as of 1 May 2020. We hope that this enables you to receive the extra help needed to tide over this period. P3 RESILIENCE BUDGET Enhanced Care and Support Package 1 SOLIDARITY PAYOUT & CASH SUPPORT [APRIL & JUNE] Solidarity Payout of $600 in cash for all Singaporeans aged 21 and above in 2020 Solidarity Payout of $300 in cash for Singapore Permanent Residents aged 21 and above in 2020, living in Singapore with Singaporean parent(s), $ spouse or child(ren) upon application at https://go.gov.sg/sppr by 10 May 2020. Enhanced cash support of $300-$600 more depending on individual's assessable income for Year of Assessment 2019 Parents with at least one Singaporean child aged 20 and below in 2020 will each get an additional $300 $100 cash for Singaporeans aged 50 and above in 2020 (replacing PAssion Card Top-up of $100 previously announced) 2 WORKFARE SPECIAL PAYMENT [JULY & OCTOBER] Flat payout of $3,000 for all employees and self-employed persons aged 35 and above in 2019, who received Workfare Income Supplement payments in work year 2019 The payment will be given in cash in two equal tranches in 2020 3 GROCERY VOUCHERS [OCTOBER & DECEMBER] All Singaporeans aged 21 and above who live in 1- or 2-room HDB flats and do not own more than one property will have vouchers of $300 in 2020 and $100 in 2021 4 GST VOUCHER [APRIL, JULY, OCTOBER 2020 & JANUARY 2021] All eligible HDB households will get double their regular GSTV – U-Save in FY2020 through a one-off GSTV – U-Save Special Payment $ Eligible households with 5 or more members will get an additional GSTV – U-Save rebate in FY2020, 2.5 times what they would have received in the year % 5 SERVICE & CONSERVANCY CHARGES (S&CC) REBATE [APRIL, JULY, OCTOBER 2020 & JANUARY 2021] Eligible Singaporean households living in HDB flats will get rebates to offset between 1.5 and 3.5 months of S&CC over FY2020 Compiled by Heart of God Church www.heartofgodchurch.org

P5 GROUP 1: UNEMPLOYED OR FACED AN INCOME LOSS OF AT LEAST 30% DUE TO COVID-19 1 Temporary ASSISTANCE Relief Fund Period of Application: One-time: $500 APPLICATION CLOSED For individuals who lost their jobs ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA or faced an income loss of at least (1) Singapore Citizen (SC) or Permanent 30% due to COVID-19 Resident (PR) aged 16 years and above (2) Prior gross monthly household income (HHI) of ≤$10,000 or a monthly per capita income (PCI) of

P7 GROUP 2A: SELF-EMPLOYED PERSON (SEP) 1 SEP Income Relief Scheme Automatic payout for eligible SEPs* *Aged 37 and above in 2020 who declared positive SEP income to IRAS / CPF Board for work year 2018. GROUP 2B - ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR TAXI & PRIVATE HIRE DRIVERSC | P6 P9 GROUP 2B: ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR TAXI & PRIVATE HIRE DRIVERS 1 Point-to-Point Support Package (PPSP) (1) Special Relief Fund (SRF) 2 Point-to-Point Support Package (PPSP) (2) NTUC Driver Care Fund (DCF) Period of Application: Will be contacted by taxi APPLICATION CLOSED company / operator Taxi & Private Hire Drivers who did not qualify for Special Relief Fund (SRF) ASSISTANCE Total: $1,500 ASSISTANCE Eligible driver will receive $300 in (1) $300 monthly till Sep 2020 cash or kind.
