Directorate of Public Works Road diversions for Construction • Area in front of the Katterbach Chapel: one lane will be closed periodically through March • Katterbach Entry on Neukirschnerstrasse: One lane will be alternately closed for construction from Mid-January through March. • Katterbach Housing (through July) and High School Entry (Feb – April): One lane will be alternately closed for construction • All actions are subject to change based on contractor requirements 4
CUI Directorate of Public Works Army Family Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey • DoD annual housing satisfaction survey for USAG Ansbach’s government-owned family housing • Important to help the Department improve the quality of housing, customer service, and overall resident satisfaction • Tenants get to voice their opinion on what they believe needs improvement and what they think is going well 5

Bavarian Government Restrictions Update • Bavaria will now require FFP2 masks to be worn on public transportation and in retail stores off post effective 18 January. • This does not apply on post. • FFP2 masks can be found at Apothecary stores off post. • The infection situation due to the Corona pandemic continues to be very tense in Bavaria and Germany. The goal is to achieve a seven- day incidence of less than 50 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. 7
CUI Germany Restrictions Update • Germany extended current restrictions until Jan. 31 • Additional restrictions include • Private contact restricted to only one person beyond the own household • In case of incidence rates above 200, 15km restriction of movement for leisure travel (shopping trips are explicitly exempt from this) – be prepared to be asked if traveling outside Ansbach county • Schools will remain virtual 8

Health Clinic Ansbach Keep our community healthy! US Army Health Clinic Ansbach will be offering flu vaccines to the community 23-24 JAN 2021 from 0945 to 1600 Location: Katterbach Gym Target population: All community members (retirees, adults, children, etc.) **Dates subject to change pending vaccine availability. Community will be notified. **Due to COVID restrictions, the clinic will have strictly limited to possibly zero walk-in flu vaccine opportunities. Key Information for Installation OPOCs and Volunteers: • Migration to a new cloud based website on 31 December 2020 - 10 January.2021. CUI Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation YOUTH SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM SLOs assist in identifying incoming and outgoing youth and assist schools with developing a school sponsorship program. Schools operate youth sponsorship programs welcoming transitioning students, connecting them with peers and supportive adults easing school transition. Parents enroll with youth sponsorship programs prior to leaving current duty station. Youth actively participate in the program and act as sponsors for new students 29
