-iii- INTRODUCTION There are two principal sections to the finding aid to the Clayton Sinclair papers. The first is a topographical list of all the files in the papers. The second, Appendix "A", is a detailed list of the numbered files on the Board of Trustees of the Maritime Transportation Unions in volumes 1 to 4. This detailed list was prepared by Clayton Sinclair, with some amendments by Archives staff.
